    I am non eu student. My wife is an Irish citizen, we recently get married. My student visa expired in September 2016. So now rather then extending student visa and westing money on them. Can I get temperory stems 4 from local Garda station?

    Probably best to contact the Irish Naturalisation and Immigration Service for advice. (http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/contact)

    However, if you are still in Ireland with an expired visa you may run into problems as you will have illegally overstayed your visa.
