    As far as I know there are two Arabic shops in Coolmine Industrial Estate.

    There is one beside Coolmine Carpets ("Indus Foods" though name may have changed). It is to the left in this StreetView image.

    The other is Bombay Bazaar. It may not be halal.

    I wonder if you rang the Islamic Cultural Centre (a few doors down from Indus Foods), would they give you some pointers?

    there is also At Mete Food Store, quite sure they are halal butchers, also in Coolmine

    There is one in Ongar village too, between the Bakery and the Butchers.
    its in the back of the shop.
