    Morning Guys,

    as some of you may have noticed we have been busy over the last week or so and our response times have slipped behind our normal standards, apologies for this and thanks guys for your patience.

    Please do keep posting / mailing and PM'ing - we are completely up to date on PM's and posts ( I hope) as of this morning but slightly behind on mail responses but we of course store all mails and we will reply to every mail as soon as possible.

    Thanks guys and as ever don't hesitate to drop me a line if we can assist.

    Just a quick update for Black Friday from a John & Co at Richersounds.

    As you might expect, it's a record day in-store for RS and consequently response time here on the forum is not as prompt as usual, apologies for this.

    We would ask for your patience during this period and we currently expect to deal with all outstanding queries on the forum here over the next 48 hours.

    If you are posting a query here we would ask that you have a look through the Black Friday lists on our site www.richersounds.ie or the main Richersounds site www.richersounds.com to see what's on offer - if you can identify what you want it will help us to try to meet your needs that bit more quickly.

    If you're looking for advice or are looking for a quote or choice in a bundle, please let us know by posting a thread of your own, but bear in mind that it may take us a little longer than usual to get back to you.

    At the time of posting this update RS are fully up-to-date with queries on the forum - thanks for your patience during this very busy period.

    As always, please feel free to open a new thread of your own with your requests, queries etc. - this is always preferable to tagging on to the end of an existing thread where your request could be missed at a busy time.

    As things are likely to be busy over the coming days we will update this thread as necessary if further delays to service are likely.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
