Turn off Voicemail

    Hi,
    I have went into the EIR voice mailbox and turned off voicemail, but yet it remains on.  The recorded message even says;
    "EIR Mobile mailbox is now turned off, to turn on press 3"

    But yet I still have people leaving me messages.  How can i turn it off that it actually stays off.
