What poor timing you'd have to say. Going to be even more cyclists twiddling their thumbs missing opportunities to do some races.

Conversely with less help, and having to do more work theyll have to cope better in recovery thus giving opportunity to the aforementioned thumb twiddlers.

Good idea perhaps, just poorly timed
