Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,
I had submitted my immigration and investment application under the Immigration and Investment Program on 2016 June to the INIS. Currently, I am holding a travel visa and I am currently in Ireland. According to my travel visa, I should leave before 20th Dec 2016. However, I suppose that my application for immigration and investment should be approved by the end of 2016.

is it possible for me extend my travel visa in Ireland and directly register in INIS?

    Many thanks for your time.

    Mod note:

    Hi petertommy welcome to boards.

Unfortunatrly this is not a political issue and this particular forum is for political discussion.there are some immigration threads in the Legal Discussion forum, but it is a rule there that legal advice cannot be sought or given.

I might suggest that your best bet might be to speak to an immigration solicitor about this issue.
