    For me
    1. It will be a PC - they're the best for gaming
    2. It will mostly have 'C' size usb ports like the new Macbooks. Maybe one traditional USB port
    3. 32 GB RAM
    4. 4GB Graphics
    5. RETAIN the 3.5mm socket as used by cheap earphones.
    6. DECENT spec webcam on the top of the screen, not just an afterthought.
    7. 7200 rpm 2TB Hard Disc
    8. Blu Ray DVD/ CD recordable etc player - actually the same that's in my CURRENT VAIO.

    what about you?

why only a 4gb gfx card?
also why not get an ssd or is the 2tb to back up the ssd?

I took the specs from the recommendations for x plane 11.
I'd happily get a gfx card with a better spec if it was NVidia on lenovo or Dell machine.
    Forgot about ssd TBH.
Also forgot that my future laptop must have a micro SD card slot.

Can't have a 32GB laptop mate, Phil Schiller says 16GB is the absolute max or your battery will explode :D
