    Hi Earlier today i was on the online chat , i am looking to upgrade my wifes phone to a s7, for 49 euro and then 25 for 6 months then 35 for the remaining18 months. 
    i couldnt figure out how th=o do it online so though i would go into chat .

    after an hour and 20 mins i find out that i couldn't avail of the offer , they were trying to charge 35 for first 6 months and 45 per month thereafter , 
    could some one pm me and i can explain a bit more and provide the full chat .. 
    thanks
    what happened was i was charged 49 euro that cant be refunded by the agent .
