Looking for a kick ass tasty veg/leek &potatoe soup recipe please

    Could Any chefs out there please help. I can't seem to make a tasty veg soup. Mine always always comes out bland despite using plenty fresh veg garlic and herbs.

    Could anyone please give me a recipe for a really tasty soup- like what you have in a hotel/ restaurant?

    My leek & potato soup is in there - if you want to make it look posher you could add a swirl of cream when you're serving it:

    There's also a recipe in that thread for an amazing broccoli soup that I make regularly, I think the poster is fred_funk. You can substitute cauliflower and add crumbled stinky cheese when serving, and I sometimes make it with half and half broccoli/cauliflower.
