Cadby looked beastly in the prelim.

King v West wasn't a great standard but was fantastic drama.

I thought Cadby looked seriously unhealthy for a 21 year old!!!

Don't think they give you your tour card unless you're at least a few stone overweight. :pac:

Klassen is a former world champ.

Lewis looking good here despite the double trouble.

The top 20 bar two or 3 are all well over a healthy weight and I'm probably underestimating a few.

1 Gerwen, Michael van 10-15kg overweight
    2 Anderson, Gary 10kg overweight
    3 Wright, Peter 5-10kg overweight
    4 Taylor, Phil 10-15kg overwieght
    5 Lewis, Adrian 25-30kg overweight
    6 Wade, James 5-10kg overweight
    7 Chisnall, Dave 10kg overweight
    8 Suljovic, Mensur 5kg overweight
    9 Thornton, Robert 10kg overweight
    10 Klaasen, Jelle healthy weight
    11 Smith, Michael 15-20kg overweight
12 Barneveld, Raymond van 10-15kg overweight
    13 Huybrechts, Kim 5kg overweight
    14 White, Ian £254,000 5kg overweight
15 Pas, Benito van de healthy weight
    16 Bunting, Stephen 20kg overweight
    17 Whitlock, Simon slightly overweight
    18 Jenkins, Terry 10kg overweight
    19 Price, Gerwyn healthy weight
20 Voort, Vincent van der slightly overweight

Scary stuff, I'd say Wades belly has him closer to 10kg overweight.

What's the benefit of been overweight in darts?

Maybe they're balance is better but I'm guessing they don't intentionally fatten up to get better so it's just lifestyle. Possibly being on tour and eating convenience food and too much of it to pass the time and a few pints.

This match off to a good start, never seen Cadby before, his treble 18 cover shot is excellent

Cadby doing well so far, Cullen never past the first round and unless he ups it considerably he won't tonight either

I'm always surprised why more don't go for that seeing as it's a minor swich instead of coming all the way down the board.

Cadby living up to his promise. Thought Cullen did ok but Cadby did even better.
Hit a lovely bull tops finish just to give Cullen a poke in the eye!

They're hyping Cadby up something fierce. Unfortunately Cullen is unlikely to be the man to take the arrogant lad down a peg or 2.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

Cullen playing brilliantly too. Cadby has a tendency to waste a dart if the previous hasn't hit...will cost him at some point, but really impressed with him so far.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,625 ✭✭✭ThebitterLemon

Seems pretty solid under the bit of pressure that's been exerted on him.

    Good game so far

Key leg lost there, 3 missed darts at double 5 likely cost Cullen the set.

Though that was a brilliant leg to win that set.

Great 117 to win that set by Cullen, sets it up nicely

    Some match.

Cadby is unreal and this is literally the best I've ever seen Cullen play.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 2,052 ✭✭✭poldebruin

Wow, great finish from Cullen, interesting to see if they can both keep it up. Pity to think one of these two will be going out so early playing like this.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,625 ✭✭✭ThebitterLemon

    Yea, Cullen scoring well.

    Both on 106 average!!

The picks for the 2017 premier league is going to be interesting

Barry Hern has a tough job on his hands (not a fan of the man personally he seems like a horrible person)

On about Hearn or cadby? Ridiculous standard so far really enjoyable contest , backed Cullen 6/4 simply because cadby was priced too short
