    Hi,

For years we had our Business at home so we had a business account with Eircom. The business has since moved to a different address.

Could any of the Eir reps help me with how to switch our Home phone and broadband account from Business back to a Residential account.

What is the best way to go about this? and will we have much if any downtime.

    Thank you
