What specifically do you want to know?
What other courses are you considering?
What feedback other than on the course would you like?

What subject were you thinking of specialising in?

Undenominated science is good in that there are a lot of options on offer. First year is pretty easy going, and with each passing year you narrow down your subject choices. It's more flexible than some of the denominated science degrees that NUIG offers.

I finished with a microbiology degree and I'm currently doing a PhD in UCC. Put the work in and you'll be fine. Best of luck! :)

Considering you can end up with a degree in any one of the following areas based on your subject choices
Anatomy Applied Mathematics Biochemistry Botany and Plant Science Chemistry Computer Science Earth and Ocean Sciences Mathematics Mathematics and Applied Mathematics Mathematics and Computer Science Mathematical Studies and Computer Science Microbiology Pharmacology Physics and Applied Physics Physiology Zoology

And if you consider the final result of the degree award changes for each individual...It's rather hard to answer if people got jobs easily in general.

My experience is that undemoninated science is a good base degree but you may need to do an MSc or PhD after to actually be qualified in any particular job. The people I've met who took that course wanted to do pharmacy or physiotherapy but didn't get high enough leaving cert. they took undenominated science then applied to their chosen course as a mature student.
What career are you aiming for?
