That shot swerved wickedly and had venom, people being a bit harsh on DDG. He was never gonna hold it and it moved right in front of him so how he can be expected to confidently guide it away is a bit beyond me

In his defence he had his big breakout season last year for club and country, he probably didn't expect to still be at West Ham this season and he appears to be playing with 10 lads who've won a competition(which required no football skill to win) to play for West Ham.

Pogba has a major job on his hands to keep his place against Mikytarian. Herrera is the form midfielder, Carrick is a tactical must if nothing else and there is competition now for the other spot.
