Unneeded DD taken

    Why is a DD taken for 96 Euro which then shows up as credit? Why is billing for gas erratic at best?

    Needless to day, I am cancelling DD as of right now and expect the unwarranted DD to be refunded immediately.

    I am not comfortable with EI right now, it would appear they are not in control of their business.
