Tips on how to make baby drink protein freemilk?

Hi, was at the doctor over the week with our 4 month old. She is having digestive problems and he recommended aptamil pepti 1 which has little/no protein. Thing is she does not like it and drinks very little of it. Are their tips to help/encourage her drink more of it?
