    Excellent from Holgate.

Poor choice of subs it has to be said.

It's a pattern to be honest. Takes off our more threatening players on the day to "shore up the defence" and it all goes to ****. Attack is the best form of defence.

Everton looking far more likely to get the winner.

****ing sick this ****. Game was there to be won and we ****ing sit back draw Everton in and look what happens.

    Been at this all season.

    Another moral victory.
Does Jose have time to get sent to the stands?

It didn't work in the early super Sunday game

    as predicted by bbc punters

Mark Shelton: United starting to crank up that 'losing a lead' style of play we've seen a lot of recently!

Colin Reardon: Whenever MUFC try to hold onto a lead they defend in abject panic! Calm it down!

    Fellaini. :o

United stopped playing football 20 minutes ago.
    They deserve this.

Compare Utds second half performance to that of Bournemouth today ,whose starting 11 cost 3.9m pounds.

The amount of money spent on the Utd squad is disgusting ,the more money spent ,the worse they seem to get.

Fellaini has to be fvcked out of the club in January, all he's contributed this season is mistakes. His first contribution today was to concede a penalty, our season is pretty much over now in terms of the top four.

The last few minutes of united league games are horror shows, one goal leads are almost not worth having for United this season, we always concede equalizers, pathetic.

    Glazers Out!

The game was the for Utd to take, they didn't seem to want it. Draw was the right result

Fellaini has been one of Utds best players the past few years.

    Yep

Jose can take some of the flack also IMO
Poor subs and should haven looked to kill of t game instead of letting Everton back into it and trying to defend a lead

Draw a fair result in the end, although both teams will be disappointed with it for different reasons. Everton were impressive in the last 20 or so. Holgate looks a very handy player. Another nothing game from Pogba.

Mourinho with his one dimensional tactics proving again why he is yesterday's man.

    Happy with that result

  • Mata should have been brought on IMO

Mikatharyan was out of the game for last 30 mins, bringing him off was correct but bringing on Fellaini was wrong. United needed Blind or Mata more, someone to actually try and hold on to the football, united were playing with about 30% possession for 30 mins against a team that are low in confidence. They let them back into the game rather than everton playing their way back in.

    I hate players interviews...

Reporter "You were involved with the penalty, did you draw the foul from Fellaini?"

Gana"I am happy for the team and to get the result"

    What a load of bollx!!!!

Utd really should go back and review Joses last season with Chelsea..talk about repeating mistakes, did they seriously think it was just a blip or something? It is almost a carbon copy of his last days at chelsea

Harsh pen as well. I mean where is Fellani supposed to go. He can't dissappear

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,740 ✭✭✭✭MD1990

As with Chelsea last season & Man Utd this season.
A key problem is the fitness levels of a Mourinho team. Modern football fitness is critical. Chelsea under Conte much fitter a key example was Hazard sprinting through in the 90 min yesterday. Man Utd are conceding late goals & not scoring many.
You can continue to blame luck or actually look at what you are doing wrong.

Either get the ball, or else dont touch the player.
It was a foul, = peno

He threw himself into Fellani though. Fellani just stands there what can he do.

I think it was the correct call, shouldn't have jumped in on him

Ref was brutal TBH but he got that call right

I thought it was a penalty all day long, Fellaini left himself nowhere to go but into the man. Robbie Savage on the other hand said it was never a penalty, should've gone to Specsavers Robbie.

Drawing with Everton when you're on a slide is ok. It's not as bad as losing.

Specsavers for you too lad :P, Fellaini is far from standing still.

Fellani is standing still though. It's a harsh call I think. Very similar to firminhio today. How do you spell his name

I watched it again before replying, the big lad bundles into the wee lad, both were in motion, silly challenge. United should've done more to wrap the game up well before that though.

He clearly doesn't stand still, his left leg goes forward. One thing Fellaini has never learned is that half a second thought of not continuing with a tackle that would have escaped him so many fouls and yellows.

It's mystifying to me how Fellaini is still at the club. He hasn't got the quality, temperament or intelligence required. The penalty was soft, but he was clumsy and stupid to fall for it. And that attempted pass afterwards that he blazed into the crowd...must be the worst substitute appearance of the season. Dismal.

Squad needs a massive overhaul, starting with him. So much mediocrity at the moment. Next few months will show who the leaders are.

Which means mighty Bournemouth are now within 3 points of you.

Absolutely pathetic, it has been a painful three years for united fans since the 2013 league win!

I can't see a way back for them in the short term!
