Facebook competition query

Just wondering if there is anyway of checking if you won on Facebook when the competition company don't tag and only name you ? Just found out from a friend that I won a competition that I had forgotten I had entered and they only named me so I didn't get notified of the post TIA

I think if it's announced in the comments they can tag you but if it's announced in a separate post they can't. I announced a winner on FB recently and that's the way it worked for me. Your only option is to keep track of competitions you enter and keep checking back.
