Hi there, I was wondering if anybody could help me. Im trying to find some fermented cereal based foods, of African origin preferably. I cannot find an online vendor. I was wondering if anybody could help me. Im trying to find some fermented cereal based foods, of African origin preferably. I cannot find an online vendor. Any help in sourcing any of the following; Ben-Saalga, Injera, Gowe, Hussuwa, Kenkey, Kunu-zaki, Kisra, Koko, Mawe, Mbege, Ogi, Poto, Poto, Togwa, Uji, Garri, & Kishk would be much appreciated. Any fermented cereal/root based food from Africa, not on this list would also be very welcome.
