Hi guys just looking for some info on these headphones.

The young lad wants a headset that is compatible with his PS4 and his mac. He wants to make gaming videos etc....

The only problem is his room is quite the distance from the router and internet connection via wifi is poor.

Its an insanely thick question to ask but will he need to have wifi for these to work?

Alternatively, are there any obvious headsets that do just the same job and may even be of better quality?

    Cheers in advance

The headset connects to the PS4 via a bluetooth adapter, should be fine.

As above has already answered the question, but just to make sure you aren't getting ripped off my girlfriend got me the PS4 white headset off littlewoods for 65euro recently it may still be that price... I know most people that may not know much about games etc would go to Gamestop and get ripped off so make sure you look at purchasing from other retailers to get the best value for money ...

Smyths and Argos are the best places to buy games, Gamestop is the worst...

Just on this, if you want to use the headset with Mac it doesn't connect via bluetooth, rather you'll have to select output through USB in system preferences.

edit: I've missed the bit about making videos. I'm not sure if the mic will actually work. I can test it tomorrow.
