Are the Christmas songs sponsored? So there's a jingle/promo before the song every time they play a Christmas song?

Had the displeasure of seeing him once do some sort of half time thing in Croke park I would not call it entertainment but boy was its stomach curdling

Content creators were at it again last night. Which role did you play in your school play. It's Friday night anthems. Very hard to get that show wrong. Play a song, name the song you played, move on to the next song.

They'll tell you its connecting with their audience.

'FERG' is under the impression that he is funny. He really really isn't.

No-he most definitely is not. Nor does he have anything remotely interesting to say.

    Explain Ferg then? ;)

His wages are probably an order of magnitude lower.

Why did today Fm ditch Hector ?

Because he's an annoying little brat. I guess that is one good schedule change they have made in the last while.

That's some claim! Is he any worse than Dermot and Dave? Muireann? Alison Curtis? Etc. Etc.

Probably related to someone in there.

He’s incredibly irritating and annoying. Himself and Muireann are absolutely the dregs.

Pamala Joyce ( Paula's doppelgänger) will be filling in for MOC on lunchtime the first week of January.

That makes going back to work a bit more bearable. Not having to hear her screaming about every ridiculous thing and saying everything and everyone is wonderful and amazing in her mid Atlantic accent.

I think they should bring back Eamon Dunphy to host the last word.

Does anyone agree that Today FM, with its daytime schedule being heavily talk driven (esp MOC and The Last Word), is turning into a more light-hearted Newstalk with music every now and then?

I havent listened to Today FM in a few years. Noticed in the last few weeks that their playlist during the day (and overnights) is all new and recent music.

What happened to playing stuff from the 1960s to present day like they used to?
