Connected to exchange but not the closest one

    Hi,

    We are connected to the exchange LOD1_004 which is about 1km away but there's one much closer which is just across the road, LOD1_018. With the far-away exchange we would get around 15Mbps but the addresses around the nearby exchange get up to 100Mbps. Is there any way to get moved over to the closer one?
