Bus eireann- bus stop screens

Has anyone any idea if bus eireann intend on rolling out the time table gps screens to all routes in the city

Waste of time I'd imagine, the ones in place don't actually work so they?

If Bus Éireann were doing anything that resembled how a progressive company acted it would focus on obeying the timetable and hiring staff that understand basic customer service (primarily the drivers)

Bus Eireann lost close to €5.6m last year. Staff want a 21% pay increase.

OP do you mean the screens that are actually in some busses or the LED displays at bus stops?

Sorry, i should have clarified my response.
I think the OP was referring to the signs at the bus stops, not the displays inside the buses. As far as I know, the bus stop signs are paid for by the NTA so they don't depend on Bus Eireann's financial situation.

I'm not sure who pays for the GPS devices on the buses, so if it is Bus Eireann, their current situation might delay a further roll-out. But I think nearly all buses already have these devices on board.
