Myself and the other half are looking to set up a joint account to save towards a house. Current savings stand at 25000 (12k and 13k respective). Would be saving 1800 per month between us.

Could someone please recommend the best account to suit our needs. Thanks for any replies in advance.

You could try KBC, you need to move your current account, go for Extra Account. You get option for Extra Regular Current Save Account. You can put lump sum of 10k in and then 1k per month

3.00% AER variable rate on your KBC Extra Regular Saver Account

Yeah, open up 2 KBC Extra Regular Saver accounts. One each. Deposit 10k in each and then drip feed the remainder in up to a max of 1k per account per month.

You do not need to switch your current account. However, you need to open a KBC Extra Current Account. This product requires a deposit of at least 2,500 EUR in total per calendar month to avoid fees. You can wire the money in and out each month to comply.
