    Trying to view my account online using my Eir but constantly getting error messages that there are problems with my request!!!

    Can someone chase up on this please!!!

    There seems to be a problem

    Please check you have entered the correct email address (the one you used when you registered for My eir) and the correct password.

    If you haven't used your account for some time, we have may cleared out your account. You can simply re-register with your account number and phone number.

    If you have recently registered for My eir, make sure you have clicked on the link sent to your email address in order to complete your registration.

    If in addition to your eir bill, you receive a separate bill for your mobile service from eir Mobile, you will need to login to My eir Mobile.

    Return to login page

    *it is the correct email address
    *i haven't recently registered
    *its not for Eir mobile
