    for a male mid 20s, has a gym membership and home gym equipment, doesnt want gym clothes or fitbit.. im totally lost.. any ideas?

    I have a 150 budget.. so any ideas of any kind other than gym related are welcome too. I have a protein box in mind for starters anyway like bars powder etc..

    You can't go wrong with some protein powder, always great deals online. Also a new pair of runners would be sweet, mandm and sports direct have some class deals.

    They're great - you could stand on it to do deficit deadlifts or if you have two you could do block pulls :D

    In my last gym I used a sudden barbell tip and made deadlift blocks out of argos catalogues and gorilla tape.
    The weights sinks into them so the bar won't roll and because they look like crap nobody would nick them
