Holiday with child, father say NO

Hi,
I planning 2 weeks holiday with my son (3.5). Visit my parents in Poland. My partner is Dutch we both living together we not separate but he don't want agree to my plan's. We both on birt certificate . He tryto sscare my saying about kidnapping or abduction. I'm can't find any helpful information if I have right to go with my son alone for Holiday without his permission, I gonna be arrested.
