Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cracking finish, although ibrahimovich was surely interfering with play.

Nah, not having that at all tbh.

Kane very poor for Spurs up front.

How it has taken until December for Mkhitaryan to get a run in the team is just terrible management from Mourinho.

Or really good management considering he said he needed to ease him in. Depends on your bias I guess

A deserved goal by the Ukrainian kid!

Hugo made it a bit too easy for him Imo

Is Neville just refusing to mention kane have the ball away to leading to the goal

I think teams have realized that a good tactic seems to be to give spurs loads of possession and they will inevitably give the ball away in a dangerous position.
They take far too many risks

    Bundesliga plsyer of the year.

If he was a youngster you would understand easing him in.
Mkhitaryan is one of the best AMs in the world.

    Wlad doesn't look impressed.

Dele would drive you up the Alli.

That should have been a peno against Rojo anyway

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

Spurs should have had a penalty there. Poor refereeing.

He's Armenian. Used to play in Ukraine though.

    Scrap the cap!

Saw the replay there and ibrahimovich was much further away from mki than I initially thought so it wasnt offside.

Apart from the goal it's been a sterile first half of football.

Martial :pac: That'll be a while coming down

I really think the 2 of them where at it.. you could see that Rojo's shirt was getting pulled around to the front. Just the camera angle meant you couldn't see it

Both teams destined for europa league.

And what makes you think he wouldn't have done just as well if he was given a run earlier?

Unfortunately we will never know because Mourinho never gave him that chance earlier in the season.

Absolutely no way was Ibra interfering in that goal with the current off-side law. Nonsense to say so.

Absolutely correct, so criticism and praise of the situation is just conjecture. Both ways of looking at it are valid.

He came out and discussed this in an interview. But you know this already don't you.

    Love those negative spins

  • I fear we will allow spurs back into this
If I accept it now should be easier :/

    Good open game so far.
United maybe should be 2 up.
Spurs will improve in the second-half i'd say. They have to.

Mkhi is such a positive player. Think he should have played Pogba in there instead of Ibra

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,388 ✭✭✭✭Jayop

Yeah won't be in any way confident unless we go 2 up.

I hope he brings in someone for Carrick. Carrick tired at 65 last week against West ham. Same with Zlatan. Get Morgan and Rooney/Rashford in at 65

Is Blind on the bench? Wouldn't mind seeing him come in for Carrick.

Come alli and Kane switch the fook on and get up to speed

We're allowing them into the game here. Very dangerous.

There's an equaliser coming if Utd don't wake up.

  • Just give miki the ball

Must be a nightmare for defenders when he runs with the ball at pace

  • Registered Users Posts: 8,500 ✭✭✭Your Airbag

Spurs starting to boss this half. Can sense another 1-1 or worse if we don't wake up.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 17,388 ✭✭✭✭Jayop

Bailly, Blind, Fellaini, Mata, Rashford and Rooney on the bench.

    ANyone but fellaini on there.

A few great runs in the first half. I think he's starting to find his form in the last few games so I'd stick with him.

    Pogba did well there
