Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Presumably while the congregation were praying to their God.

I know he is supposed to work in mysterious ways, but that is a bit much.

    R.I.P.

My point is that these people in this Church were there because of their religion.

This means that if they were atheist instead of Christian, they would still be alive.

Their God did not protect them in their house of God.

This raises some spiritual questions I think.

I thought this forum might be a place for sensible theological discussion.

    Seems I was mistaken :(

Using the death of over 100 people to score cheap points does not equal theological discussion.

The sad and probably preventable deaths of dozens of people raises the same questions about religious beliefs which the religious have failed to answer since the time they were first asked.

Given the circumstances - and to an infinitely lesser extent, given the willingness of some posters to take offense at the asking of a question - this is neither the time nor the place to ask these questions again.
