    I'm looking for a rough price for fitting
    35m2 foil backed ceiling board
    25m2 12.5mm ceiling board
    50m2 62.5mm warmboard
    40m2 12.5mm wall board

    60m2 ceiling skimming
    12m2 wall skimming

    35m2 300mm loft insulation

    just realised i only put 12m2 for wall skimming should of been 120m2.

    thanks so should be just under the €5000 mark,

    just had someone i used to work with who is a plasterer look at the job and hes quoted €2700 just to skim includung materials. theres a lot of small drop down ceilings and small reveals to be done so don't know if that bumped up the price. he said he would skim the entire house for that, and i dont think that was taken into consideration in the original measure of 120m2 for walls. hes a great plasterer and i know his work is top class, just didnt think hed be that expensive

    There must be a lot of small corners for price to be that high.
    It all due to time spent, one large wall is quick, but lots of small takes time.
