Mortgage now managed by two companies!

some while ago our mortgage was taken over by mars capital. Monthly payment has continued on and this morning I received a letter stating our mortgage is now being serviced by two companies, namely mars capital and acenden ltd....is this even legal? And should I be concerned?..to be honest I'm slightly panicking as to…
