Harddrives and backup

    Guys,
    Where are ye buying your harddrives at the mo??
    I need to upgrade my 2TB to something bigger.
    Also I have a zyxel nsa310 brand new that I never used but I would like to use it as a backup or maybe have all my media on it,
    I guess I need to have a backup of all my files somewhere.
    So either on the pc or the NAS.
    Any help appreciated.

    Put a WD Red 3TB in that Zyxel and put it away safely somewhere. Then set ally your machines to backup to it once a week (different days is good for performance).

    Depenind on your library size it can also share all your media out of DNLA so smart TVs, consoles, tablets etc can watch it.
