    Hi jandcg,

    Thanks for your message.

The savings hours for a NightSaver meter are currently 11pm to 8am. Further information on NightSaver meters can be found online here.

The saving hours with the Economy 7 are currently 1am to 8am.

Could you advise if your meter is currently located in Northern Ireland? If so, we would recommend contacting the Electric Ireland team in Northern Ireland for further information, as they would be in the best position to advise you regarding these meters. They can be called on 0345 600 5335, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7pm.

Further contact information for the team in Northern Ireland can be found online here. They are also available on Facebook and Twitter.

We hope this helps. If you have any other questions please let us know.

    Thanks,
    Brige

    Hi jandcg,

    You're very welcome.

To clarify, the current saving hours with the Economy 7 are 1am to 8am. However, this could change when the clocks go forward in March.

For further information we would recommend contacting our colleagues in the Electric Ireland office in Northern Ireland. They can be called on 0345 600 5335, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 7pm.

Should you have any other questions please let us know.

    Thanks,
    Brige
