Hey when is the deadline again guys?

I've been flat out in work the last few weeks and away at the weekends. I'll hopefully get a few shows up this weekend.

Been having laptop issues of late. Whenever I remove my charger my laptop knocks itself off. From what I gather after researching the issue it seems that usually indicates the battery is fecked.

I hope to get my write-ups in but worst case scenario I may have to resort to just sticking up a card.

I have the same issue with mine, new battery's can be expensive depending on the making n model.

I would be devastated if you couldn't get write up's in as your shows each year are always a highlight. It just wouldn't be the same without you and I would guess many here think the same. Really hope you can get stuff in.

In a bit of a rush today, so only got to put up the introduction to my Preview/Episode 1. I wanted to put up the whole thing, but I have this affliction whereby I absolutely cannot condense my writing. Everything I write feels like an odyssey. At the same time though, I didn't want to leave it another day without submitting anything at least, so at least now it feels like I have a starting point to work from.

Hopefully I'll get more stuff up during the weekend (including an actual ending to the first episode).

Great Stuff Cheese, your shows last year were vastly underrated and deserved more love and Im looking forward to reading what you've got to offer.

Its the weekend before Wrestlemania so Sunday the 26th, which is now 4 weeks away from this Sunday.

Delighted your shows are on the horizon. I still have very fond memories of your Cena v Flair feud from a few years back (2014 i believe).

    RCW (Show 1):
I really hope that you were talking kayfabe regarding the draft - I enjoy your writing and it would be a shame if you were thinking of giving it up. Obviously personal life and work come first but don't throw in the towel yet!!

Heyman as the GM was a good choice. He works well as either the mouthpiece of a star or a GM so looking forward to see what's next.

The tournament format really makes you stand out - every star pushing towards becoming the trophy holder rather than seperating them by mid-card/top tier for example.

I'm most intrigued about Enzo and Big Cass being paired against each other. Elijah Burke VS Lex Luger should also be interesting. Again I'm very interested in seeing what you have planned for Tito Ortiz.

Looking forward to the next installment.

Cheese I've also read yours but I think I'll wait to review until your first show is complete. Liking what I've seen so far though.
Getting 3 minute warning with Bischoff was great drafting, loved that moment.

    BCW (Show 2):
I'm delighted the first match signed for Ultimate Chaos is the Tag Titles Match. The Original Horsemen are the biggest threat to DIY's reign and it's been almost two years in the making.

Paige and Del Rio really suit your show. They bring a certain brand of... Chaos in every segment and the reporter getting beaten up was kind of funny to me for some reason.
I was wondering where Blayze would fit in and now it all becomes clear. That would be a big match (if Paige can stay sober that is) but I'm really interested in the rematch between Asuka and Paige next week as well. Del Rio laying down the challenge to Owens makes sense too.

Haha, Brian Pillman in the crowd - that will be fun.

Again Bourne mentioning the 'roid rage.' You've really booked Neville as if this is the case so I expect them to clash at some point. That would be one hell of a match when it happens.

Great explanation for why Bull and Dump attacked Asuka, too. I expect that they will face off at Ultimate Chaos, but the Paige match throws up a few question marks as to whether the title will be involved. I expect it will, but either way it's a big match and will be interesting to see unfold.

Anderson getting the win by nefarious means definitely is the right call. I'm intrigued as to what stipulation they will pick for the match. Nothing springs directly to mind but I'm sure it'll be good!

And Pillman and Miz collide again. Brillantly written to get him standing in front of Pillman. I expected the Loose Cannon to come off the victor again but Miz attacking when he was restrained is brilliant and really plays into his 'smartest' gimmick. Leaving Pillman laying with blood from his mouth would be a major feather in the cap of someone like The Miz but I'm not sure if he'll like the rebuttal:D:D

Great pairing of Riddle and Del Rio - I was wondering where they would eventually slot in but this is perfect for them. Riddle again going over strong both in the match and afterwards when he takes down Del Rio with ease would get him over huge and immediately he rockets to the top of the ladder if they do collide.

And now to the main event. Savage refusing Owens was only going to go one way - but boy did he leave a mark. Beating down and bloodying Savage aside - the powerbomb to Elizabeth on the apron was vicious. That's how to do a heel turn. The segment was really well written, even Monsoon taking a bump so he couldn't call for help - it was all thought out so well and you've still got two shows before Ultimate Chaos. This was my favorite segment that has been written by anyone so far.

Great stuff, this show proves why you're the defending champion and why you're going to be hard to beat again.

I remember in the past I used to abuse my mod powers by using old PW threads. Would edit 100 page (back on the PW forum) old threads on topics people won't revisit like TNA prediction threads into my BWA posts :D:pac:

entries are starting to become more frequent now... a good bit o reading to catch up on as well as a packed 3rd episode of BWA Raw to finish.

    MNG (Preview Show):
Firstly, I love how descriptive your previews are. There's always a reason behind each of your feuds and you use the preview show brilliantly to set this up.

Casting Ali as General Manager is a clever call, and even more so when you reveal Kurt as World Champion.

Using Kurt's real life struggles is very good - and I love the homage you paid to last year's preview (the man in the white hat): It links your promotion's history together nicely. Sending Angle to get clean with Steamboat is a nice move. Just a quick comment here on the descriptiveness of your writing - it's outstanding and really paints a picture probably better than most here.

I liked the press conference with the other champions, particularly Shelton and Haas pretty much shedding themselves of Kurt. The ensuing feud with American Alpha should be excellent and you're building to it nicely. Dean Malenko defending his championship in open invitationals will be good reading I expect and Mickie has plenty of competition for her championship.

The 08 Code is interesting. Not sure who's behind it, but I like how you mentioned past champions of the draft and organisations you have feuded with in the past... looking forward to see that unfold.

Again, all of the scenes with Angle and Steamboat are written so well. You can picture them - Steamboat's reluctance to return to the ring because of his wife, Steamboat Jnr's disappointment - Kurt's inner turmoil. Just excellent stuff.

The Ospreay/Mysterio segment is building nicely for your shows. I like how it's simply (at the moment) about Ospreay wanting to prove himself against Mysterio and it makes the feud stand out a little as a result.

Dory Funk getting branded? Well, I can't say I saw that coming. I expect a world of pain coming for whoever did it... I have my suspicions but will keep them to myself for the time being.

All in all, this is probably the best preview I've read so far - but at this stage I wouldn't expect anything less. As usual you're going to be difficult to beat this year but I'm really looking forward to your upcoming shows as they're always an excellent read.

    Great stuff.

Gonna try and get my first show written up tonight. With time being an issue though with so much wrestling to watch in the run up to WM weekend and stuff I need to catch up on as well as stuff I watch weekly as well as occasionally seeing my family, I might leave any feedback until somebody has complete run of shows done

Show 1 of DPW is up! All Feedback is welcome.

Have held back alot of Superstars so far, but hopefully will get them into storylines shortly!

Thought it was best to get something going to be able reach the deadline!

I havent had a chance to read many other entries, and will do something to similar to another poster, and read all in order when shows are complete.

Show 3 of the BWA also went up last night, dunno whether it was great or a clusterf*ck of an episode but it's up now anyway and as always feedback is more than welcome. I've got most things locked into place now but have actually changed things in the past based on feedback.

    BWA (Show 3):
I enjoyed the first segment. Razor really explained why he did what he did, and you're right - it was a babyface thing to do... in a heelish way, haha. But Hall would be super over after outsmarting Hogan. Bringing up the Wrestlemania 6 incident makes me think Perfect will be involved in some fashion in what seems to be your main event now!

Another NWO segment and it merely confirms my earlier thoughts regarding Perfect. Hogan acting like a paranoid lunatic is quite enjoyable to me for some reason.

My beautiful title! How could you? In all honesty it was a clever move and Andre keeps up his dominant persona but the match was all about Devon Nicholson. Last week becomes clear now and I'm interested to see what happens next.

I liked the Bigelow VS Virgil match. Virgil getting in some licks after the return attack from VC on Triple Threat was well done but Bigelow naturally overpowers and gets the win.

Your feuds are becoming clearer now with The Shiek and Sabu another one that seems to be locked in. Good reasoning behind it also.

And it becomes clear as to why one of the Dooley brothers was attacked. Great idea having Spivey and Hansen team up to answer the open challenge. DiBiase running in typical heel fashion and having to watch IRS take a Spivey Spike was excellent.

Eddie Gilbert constantly getting slapped for his inappropriate comments is rather enjoyable.

Molly Holly and Victoria interrupting the Kong/Toyota match is interesting. You have a very strong women's division and I honestly don't know who Rousey faces at Wrestlepalooza. Maybe all 4??

I expected Perfect to get thrown out of the NWO during the main event but I'll be honest I was also expecting a Batista heel turn. But the way you did it makes perfect (haha) sense and now your main event scene becomes clearer. I won't make any predictions on the matches below the main event yet but having the NWO run off by Spivey, Hansen and Hall was a nice way to end the show.

One of the parts I like about your fed is that the NWO simply isn't getting things their own way like they did in WCW. Be it Batista (Show 1), Hall (Show 2) - or Hall, Spivey and Hansen (Show 3) they've been foiled in their major plans so far. I wonder how Hogan will exercise his creative control for the main event?

The BWA is really taking shape now and I'm looking forward to the next installment.

    DPW (Show 1):
I loved the twist to the Dance Off - when you announced that it would decide the Number 1 Contender's for the Tag Titles I was aghast but when the lights went out I thought it was genius. Rikishi turning on Too Cool for the reasons given was perfectly logical and I like the new faction you put together with Captain Lou at the helm.

Booker gets a big win over Nathan Jones in a fun contest. I enjoyed it and it felt like a big win for him. I'm interested to see who faces him at your PPV.

Orton beating the hell out of Hacksaw was great. I love the Legend Killer persona and you've mixed it with his psychotic one which is all kinds of awesome. The punt to the head was sick and I can understand Hornswoggle's decision to suspend Orton... not that it will last I expect.

Luke Harper picks up a big win over the World Champion. I was wondering where you were going with the handicap match but Harper getting his big shot next week will be interesting. He's already beaten Khali once, now can he do it with the belt on the line?

Once you mentioned the name of your new faction I expected shenanigans in the women's match. Tamina getting the big W is a good call and your faction looks even more dominant now. I wonder do they go for all the belts now?

Great first show and you've set things up nicely. Looking forward to the next installment.

My laptop is still on life support at the moment but here's a small bit of feedback...

    daithi -
I enjoyed the banter between you and Hornswoggle and I liked the way you presented your champions and made them feel important. I was particularly pleased with your storyline for Orton; if I had Randy I'd have him go after legends too. Nice bit of mystery about Albano's intentions which was good. I also enjoyed the wrap up at the end from Hornswoggle and it reminded me of the way they used to wrap up the shows in the territory days in the 80s, setting everything out. This was a very fun and easy-to-read show; I look forward to the next instalments.

    LeeJM -
I liked how you brought us up to speed with the latest developments which was well done. I can tell Luther Ward is going to be a great character on your show and I reckon one of the more memorable ones of the whole Draft. I enjoyed his promo on Sheamus. The end segment was great and I liked how you got the lingo down well too - 'tosser', 'mugs' etc. The wrap up to the promo had an epic feel to it. I'm keen to find out what happens going forwardt.

Sorry about my absence the last week or so, my real life is extremely busy (in a good way) until next Friday 10th, so apologies or my lack of presence here. Thankfully its show write up time and everyone is busy working on their shows. I wont have time to new shows until after the 10th, but rest assured I will read everyone come voting time.

Necro seems to be steaming ahead with him being the first to submit his PPV. Well done Necro

Also great to see others submit shows and get the ball rolling like MNG and Brian Regan.

I will work on my next two shows in the coming weeks and hopefully submit my PPV before the deadline.

I have my preview show up available here. Appreciate any feedback, hopefully the article style comes across ok. Also hope to get reading some other shows soon, hadn't a whole lot of time the last couple weeks.
A great write up preview, excited for your WrestleRama ppv with Mankind involved (but poor Shane sock attacked) and who will face champ Lesnar

    Campo CWA show 3
I'm really enjoying how you are writing Bray (think he is your mvp) and enjoyed 24/7 rule for the TV Championship title

I am working on getting my first show done. Its gonna be longer than any show I did last year. Because I drafted so many lesser known guys I feel I gotta establish them fairly quickly to tell the stories I wanna tell. It will be up tonight sometime but I just wanna apologise in advance for its length

Ok firstly Im back, spent the last 2 weeks studying so I havent been on here at all.

I see some shows have been going up but have noticed its been quiet enough here in the last week. Hows everyones shows/pvv's going? I know some alluded earlier to PC issues and real life issues getting in the way.

My duties are as follows, catch up on all the submitted shows Ive missed thus far, continue on creating my next two shows and PPV. I should be able to muster the brain power to get them done and to finalize the prize for the winner.

    So hows everyone?

Struggling to write recently tbh, had hoped for storyline reasons to get 2 more shows up before my PPV but it may only be one now. Have also failed in general as it seems I won't be able to work this into my Hogan storyline :pac:
