Hello all, Have a pair of 1210 technics at home and I'm looking to get either new needles or cartridges for under 50euro as the ones I have are worn at this stage. They came with the Stanton 500. I'm a while out of the game in buying equipment so should I just get replacement needles or is there a cartridge out there that…

Hello all,
Have a pair of 1210 technics at home and I'm looking to get either new needles or cartridges for under 50euro as the ones I have are worn at this stage. They came with the Stanton 500.

Id be willing to spend 50 on one deck at the moment and then maybe the other at a later date.
Its just for playing records, no scratching or anything like that.

The rega carbon cartridges are cheap at around 30 quid:

It's the default cartridge in their RP1 turntables and can be fitted to a technics headshell.
