    When will Eir ever move to systems which can either over the phone or on line be able to accept non Irish SEPA accounts and cards for payments. I have moved from Irish fee rip off banks to european banks with no fees but Eir staff either phone or chat have no idead what you are talking about when you mention this. "We can only process Irish banks" is the stock answer from staff who haven't a clue
