Currently looking at Christmas presents for my Dad who is an avid reader of Irish authors and was wondering are most Irish books available on the kindle marketplace? Do most Irish books get released digitally? No point purchasing a kindle for him if he can't get the books he would read on their marketplace Any information…

Not sure if you mean authors who are Irish or authors who write in the Irish language. Anyway, if you go to the Kindle books section of Amazon.co.uk you can input some of your dad's favourite authors and see what pops up.
Amazon generally has most of the popular Irish authors' books available.
