hi all the best fone up tp €200 to use as a hotspot, i also need it for texts and calls, new or used, i am not particular

I've had occasion to use both android and iphones for hotspots, and the iphones always seem to drop the connection after a while. Any basic android phone should be able to do it. After that, it's about getting the best value for your buck. I think motorola or huawei have good phones at that price point.
