Eir Debt collectors: BCW in Blanchardstown

    Why is not possible to speak to anyone in either EIR or that shower of debt coolectors that you hire?

    An elderly relative is being harrased by this <snip> that hide behind a phone and a PC,  over a debt that does not exist .

    It has been verified that your billing dept made a serious error and did not credit a verified payment to an account, meanwhile you passed the so called phantom debt to this shower who are now sending emails and making phone calls to a very elderly person.   
    It is impossible to speak to anyone above the shower that just answer the phone 01 7662506,    the main number for <snip> BCW is 01 8035100,   

    Short of getting the Gardai involved < what can be done to rectify this matter , they wiil not listen or are not capable of doing anything .

    The contract is with EIR not BCW.

    This crowd are so thick this still call  your comy Eircomm,
