Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a 10 wk old lab pup, I've been house training her for he last 2 weeks. She is doing great no messes or accidents when I am not on the house or at night but will pee anywhere when I am there. I take her out hourly and praise her and give her a treat when she goes outside. Sometimes she will circle around the door and I let her out with results but majority of the time she will pee in the house. Where am I going wrong?

When you say you are letting her out, do you always go out with her?

Yes I usually go with her.

    OK :)
You've got to go out every time with her, bringing really high reward treats (eg ham, cheese, chorizo, frankfurter... Pea sized bits).
When she squats to go, coo gently to her... Not loud enough to put her off her stride :D As soon as she stands up out of the squat, it's party time! Jump up and down, tell her she's fab, jackpot her with a few tasty treats, then bring her back in.
I think she's just still a bit too young to have joined the dots about having a full bladder and emptying it outside... When housetraining pups, it can often feel like nothing's really happening for days and days, then all of a sudden the pup gets it, and you'll realise that the number of indoor accidents has gone way down :)
