Practical overshoes for daily commute

Hi,

My wife commutes daily and is looking for some waterproof overshoes to cover the trainers she cycles in. Getting overshoes for clip on cycling shoes isn't a problem but I can't seem to find an equivalent product for people cycling on flat pedals wearing trainers.

I tried the usual sites such as Wiggle, Chain Reaction, Amazon etc

Any suggestions?

Pretty sure the altura night vision are designed with normal shoes and pedals in mind.

I used to use them on trainers. Have a set here somewhere.

First pair ripped, they replaced them and the second pair have lasted 2 years

If I was cycling in 'ordinary' footwear, I think I'd get a pair of waterproof boots/shoes such as those used by hill walkers etc. IMO it would be a lot more convenient and drier than using overshoes.

Bit more expensive but I use gore bike wear goretex overshoes when commuting - have to say they're very good

I'm sure I got mine in Evans and they're on clearance at the moment
