And I'd say he's great craic on a night out.

    My favourite Faber moment.

Not really. Very traditional boxing stance. Heavy on the front foot, quite square, not very broad stance and loads up on everything he throws.

Perry was rubbish. Should be an easy win for Jouban.

Perry had Jouban hurt in the first and Jouban was clearly scared of his power, but once he dropped him he knew he could pick him apart and all he had to do was avoid the big right.

    Technique over power here.

    Perry the tomato

He said he was going to pick him apart in the promo, was great to watch him do it.

Garbrandt and cruz back and forth is just awkward

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,513 ✭✭✭tinpib

My God that Cody guy is thick as a plank. For his trash talking all he is doing is repeating what Cruz says. That's cringe. He is like Stifler or the thicko from some high school film.

"I was able to buy a house with all my wins over your team."

Dom is a savage on the mic!

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,161 ✭✭✭Amazingfun

    Cringe city

Awful promo they cut, Cody is a bit slow although hes actually quite likeable always liked him since I heard about that story of him and that kid with Cancer he brings to his fights, Cruz destroyed him there verbally.

I would enjoy nothing more than to see dom cruz sparked out cold but think its another UD win for him

Gall with a first round win by strangulation.

Im rooting for northcutt here. I found gall to be very unlikeable

Sage has an absolute dogsh*t ground game.

Like two high school douches going at it. Win/win, and enjoyable.

    10-9 Gall, easy.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,539 ✭✭✭John_D80

Fun fight so far. All Gall though.

No way Northcutt can survive in Galls body triangle for 3 and a half minutes.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 5,886 ✭✭✭stephenl15

    Gall is legit

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,539 ✭✭✭John_D80

    Nicely done Mr. Gall

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,517 ✭✭✭✭martyos121

Even though he's only beaten a photographer, a pro wrestler and a male model, Gall does look to be a good fighter.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 7,683 ✭✭✭Subcomandante Marcos

I firmly believe I could tap Sage in a bjj match. He's so, so bad on the ground. And I'm a barely average blue belt.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,513 ✭✭✭tinpib

Huge mistake by Sage when reacted after getting hit and tried to take Gall down. Great fight though, very enjoyable.

White belt rookie as ive been saying along with a few other lads on here who know what their watching for a good year now, I know 12 year old better grapplers.

  • Registered Users Posts: 3,539 ✭✭✭John_D80

Most impressive for me was the presence of mind from Gall to take the back rather than go straight for the guillotine at the end.

Whoever gave him a purple belt should be ashamed of themselves.

Gall is a pretty big welterweight, there's next to no chance he could make 155 without doing massive damage to himself.
