Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Mondeo injector issue

    So the dreaded mondeo injector issue has arisen. Anyone who is familiar with mondeos know this can be an issue and a very costly one at that. So my 07 mark 4 1.8 TDCI looks like needing one injector replaced. Does anyone know how much I can drive the car with this and what would be the cost to recondition or get new?

    Also an electrical issue which is driving me insane. One of the rear taillights is not working despite all the bulbs and fuses intact. When I press the breaks, one of the small headlamp bulbs flash! Nobody can work it out except it's a fault in the wires. Again, anyone know?

    I'm tempted to sell it as it's become a money pit of late...

    That's the plan! There's 226000km on the clock so would probably get 2000 for it. Don't even know if I should replace with a golf or avensis
