Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Gyms in Galway

Looking for a gym to join in Galway for the new year 2017. I'm slightly nervous starting off as I've never been a member at a gym before so any recommendations for a quiet, not too busy, first gym?? I'm a student in Galway but I've been told the Kingfisher is always packed. Anywhere quiet with weights and everything you need, classes would be nice too but I'm not too bothered about them. Any suggestions appreciated

The Warehouse Gym, Galway City Gym or Planet Health & Fitness.

The last is the only one I know that definitely does classes.

Not sure how many gyms are quiet anymore unless you go at an off peak time though. Buy don't be nervous - have someone that works there show you how the equipment works when you join and then just get into it :)

Where are you studying? Active Fitness at the Connacht Hotel is handy for GMIT and is usually quiet enough in the mornings. They do classes

The Warehouse is close enough to GMIT as well. About a mile.
