Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We're going to the 100 minute mark here

And that's why Sturridge still has a huge role at the club.

Their 2nd half is better than eveeton played in the opening 45.

If anyone deserved it was Pool.

Every game sky have tried to hype up has been terrible

Delighted. Everton got exactly what they deserved. The thing is they actually looked good when they played football in the first half hour or so but after that they started defending a 0-0 like they were winning 1-0 and reverted to the old 'Dogs of War' kick everything that moves. Mike Dean was so week that it played into their hands.

    Poor game overall.

As Mick "The Rattler" Byrne said: "The First half was even, the second half was even worse"

Don't know what you're talking about, there wasn't a lot of skill on show but that game was far from dull.

Where are ya Andersonisgod. Get thaafukin.

Lol I dunno what you mean, never said Liverpool wouldn't win, I said the standard of the gane was abysmal (it absolutely was).

Everton offering nothing but intent to hurt Liverpool players all night.
Mane gives them just what they deserve.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,966 ✭✭✭Liamalone

Don't think anyone deserved the three points there, Everton were awful in the second half and never posed a threat, Liverpool didn't pose much of a threat either but got the decisive goal. Maybe next year lol

If for no other reason than they went out chasing the win in the second half, Liverpool deserved that.

First half was Ok, but as the game went on and you realised that there was going to be no quality it got less and less bearable.

Statistically, most of the goals are scored in the 45th and 90th minute. First goal wins. /klopp

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,588 ✭✭✭daithijjj

It might have been a good game if Everton tried football. The football team won in the end, despite Mike Dean.

The bitterness from Smith was brilliant as Mane knocked it in.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,966 ✭✭✭Liamalone

I knew that hope was gone when McCarthy had to be replaced by Barry, he just doesn't have the legs for a match like that. Cue Everton's second half performance, I even thought it was obvious from then that the player's maybe thought the same.

    Lovely win.

Everton are so poor and not that interested in actually playing football. Heavily reliant on Lukaku.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,366 ✭✭✭✭8-10

That was a terrific game of ball. Have no idea what some people were watching. Love the derby.
    Hate Barkley

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 36,466 ✭✭✭✭BorneTobyWilde

Interesting stat: Mane has score more goals against Everton that anyone else has in the past 30 mins .
