Laptop not showing iPhone 5s

    The usb cable is charging the phone when plugged in, the phone is showing up in iTunes yet its not showing up in file explorer in win10 on my laptop.

    Any fixes? It hadn't worked and then at one point it did, so I started transferring files and then the dreaded "automatic updates" started on my laptop so only got a few files over, then it wouldn't work for me at all.

    I am trying to remove photos and video from the phone to laptop, not sure if this is a win10 issue or iphone matter
