    He wasn't kicked off for speaking Arabic.

    He was kicked off for shouting and causing problems for passengers. It should be important to note that this individual has a history of making airplane "prank" videos.

    Delta is a rather large airline - there would likely be many Arabic speakers, so likely the whole thing is complete bull by an attention seeking numpty.

    They want to avoid being accused of racial profiling. So I would imagine that there is a ''quota'' of sorts so that the stats look good whenever they are reviewed.
