How To Change Name On Account After Marriage?

    How do i change my name on my account after marriage? Do i need to just go to my nearest branch or i must visit the branch where i open the account? Account opened in Dublin but reside in Dundalk, do i need to go to Dublin?

    Thank you for getting in contact with us here on Boards.ie. 

    To update your name on your account, just pop into your local BOI branch with photo ID and your marriage certificate and a representative will be happy to update all your accounts on the day. It doesn't need to be your account opening branch, just your local one.
