Didn't Dermot show Niamh how to get Paul to sign certain things by having the top couple of pages legit and have him sign the dodgy documents without looking?

Wonder did he somehow do the same thing with Niamh to cover his tracks?

Had to laugh at Emmet giving advice to Eoghan "you will need to get a job to flash the cash"- this from a complete waster who hasn't worked for months now, and yet still somehow has his share of the rent on a Dublin 3 bed house. Seriously what the hell does he DO all day!
