Ciaran - any chance you know anything about Coolhull's whereabouts?

Well, fair play to ya, bottle, it only took you a week to solve the mystery of who was responsible for my short disappearance.
You're obviously not a member of the Garda Squad in Carrigstown, 'cos if you were I'd have given up all hope....
Yes, sadly, I too became a temporary victim of Ciarán the Carrigstown Crackpot.
But only for a short period. And yes, I too was forced to drink that vile concoction.
Though it turned out to be just Junior Calpol.
Unlike Braveheart Emmet, it gave me the energy to bite my way through the plastic cable ties, then, using the stopper from the sink, I knocked down the walls of my cardboard 'cell' and escaped my captor.
But before I left, I managed to 'borrow' a piece of paper that was sticking out of his backpack.
It contained a long, long list of names.
I don't really know how to tell you this, but the heading on the list was :
    * gulp *....
"Baxtards who haf laffed at me on Boords.ie". (he never was good at spelling )
Apparently I was just unlucky to be in the wrong place at the wrong time, nothing personal, but it looks as if he's out for revenge against most of you people on here. I don't remember all the names he'd written, but certainly on his hitlist were TB, Wanderer, Collie, Mena, Joe from Sligo, WalshB, Budgese, JP, and nearly all the rest of you out there. "Fookin' sh*t stirrers', I think is what he called you.
Like I said, there were many more.
    It was a long list.
    A very long list......
    You know who you are.
He seems to bear a particular grudge against Freshpopcorn, saying he would have gotten another year out this pantomime if it hadn't been for Freshie and his "bloody Facefcuk petition".
Though in fairness, the list also mentions Builder Plumber, who Ciarán has a soft spot for, saying "he's the only one who ever tried to understand me".
The rest of you guys out there, well, things ain't looking good for you. Lock your doors and windows, don't go walking in the park at night, and check underneath your cars for suspicious objects.
    Be afraid. Be very afraid..........

I'm currently working my way through The Clinic on the RTE player. So far I've seen Debbie, Pete, Danielle, Judith, Pete, Sandy, Floyd, Robbie, Jane. (Might have been others)
You must need a hobby :p

Lots of critics here in reality it's a really good show with hilarious storylines

It's the best comedy on RTE.

Do you think the sh!tness of FC is soley down to the quality of the scripts combined with the fact that the producers and writers don't seem answerable to anyone? Irish drama CAN be done well and there are plenty of decent Irish films about so why is FC so universally criticized? It cant always be the actors- they are only as good as the script they are handed.

The Irish acting in Eastenders Spin Off Redwater puts fair city to shame

They don't care because it's on RTE one @ 8pm so it'll get decent enough ratings no matter how crap the storyline is, Take the plan storyline, 100s of continuity errors and an 11 year old girl exiled to the Galapagos but ratings remain high.

I see your point, its prime time tv.I personally cant stand At Your Service as I think its well, well past its prime (how long more can Francis Brennan pull off the camp and eccentric hotelier look?) but almost all RTE shows between 7-9pm are well watched so people will really watch any old crap. The script writers still have a lot to answer for as other soaps airing at prime time are better.

I have no issue with a long running story line once it develops over time. Katy went missing last May and once it was noticed she was missing it was fairly obvious Ciaran had her.

Katy's acting has been crap lately she's even adopted Ellie's habit of putting on a baby like voice

I would say sometime this week, so in one of the next four episodes.

It's beginning to look like an exciting week or two for us. :)

It's possible Leo will be elected Taoiseach and KT will be welcomed into the 'loving' arms of her family on the very same day......:

Though, judging by FC's leisurely, meandering pace over the past year, it's equally possible that Mick Wallace will be Taoiseach by the time KT is released back into the wild :rolleyes:

I'd forgotten all about that - looks like the scriptwriters did too

Katy is acting like Smeagol/Gollum from Lord of The Rings with the voice, reactions, body language, deluded thoughts, avoidance of eye contact, etc!!
