    I'm looking for a quality 23" frame hybrid with pannier rack, mudguards and dynamo lights.

    Can anyone recommend a make and model and where to buy from (don't live in Dublin)?

    It a replacement for a Dawes Sonoran

    Decathlon's Hoprider City Bike range might have something that suits, i think delivery is free for bikes.
